What login do I use?

You should have received your My Project Center login username and password via email.

If you did not receive this welcome email, please first check your email spam folder. If you still don't know what to use, please contact us using the information you see to the right.

I forgot my password

Click here to reset your password.

You will be asked to enter your email address where you will then receive further instructions to reset your password.

File is too large to upload

You will be able to upload most all of your project files, but you may receive a warning message if your file is too large to be uploaded.

If this happens you can contact us for additional help, or you may want to use a system such as You Send It.

How to upload a new file

You can add new files to your project by following these steps.

1. On the File Manager screen, click the New File button.
2. Click to browse and locate the file on your computer.
3. Optional: You can enter a description for the file. You can also connect this file to a specific task.
4. Click the Add button if you wish to upload additional files, otherwise click the Save button.

You will receive a message that says your file was added.

NOTE: Only click the SAVE button once. Your browser window will be 'active' while the file is uploaded to your project center. This time will vary depending on the size of the file(s) being uploaded.
